After placing your order, our team will reach out to schedule a delivery time that works best for you. If your couch is in stock, we can typically deliver within 24 hours of purchase. Items available from our manufacturers usually arrive within about a week.

Not in a rush? No problem — we’re happy to schedule delivery around your timeline so it fits your plans.

All of our deliveries are handled in-house, so your furniture is treated with the care and attention it deserves from start to finish.

Sunset Sectionals is happy to remove your old couch at no cost. Whenever possible, your sofa will be donated to a family in need to give it a second life.

If the sofa isn’t in donatable condition — such as having large tears, major damage, or a broken frame — we can still remove it for a small fee of $25 per seat cushion to cover dump fees.

If your order arrives and it’s not exactly what you hoped for, no stress — you can request an exchange before completing the delivery paperwork.
Please note that a $150 redelivery fee applies for exchanges.

Due to us providing free delivery for all Items purchased under $1500 a Return can be processed within 24-hours of delivery for a $150 restocking fee. If an item is over $1500 there is a 15% restocking fee. On furniture not shown on our website and has been special ordered, returns are not available.

To make sure everything fits perfectly, we recommend measuring your room ahead of time and confirming that the sofa can move smoothly through elevators, stairwells, and hallways.

Most of our furniture is proudly made right here in the USA. We work with multiple trusted manufacturers, many of whom build their products domestically. For items not produced in the U.S., we carefully source only those that meet our same high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

All of our models include a one-year limited manufacturer warranty covering the frame, springs, and fabric, so you can feel confident in the quality of your furniture.
