If your order arrives and it’s not exactly what you hoped for, no stress — you can request an exchange before completing the delivery paperwork.
Please note that a $150 redelivery fee applies for exchanges.

To make sure everything fits perfectly, we recommend measuring your room ahead of time and confirming that the sofa can move smoothly through elevators, stairwells, and hallways.

Due to us providing free delivery for all Items purchased under $1500 a Return can be processed within 24-hours of delivery. If an item is over $1500 there is a 15% restocking fee. On furniture not shown on our website and has been special ordered, returns are not available. 

If anything is damaged during delivery or installation by our team, we’ll handle the repair costs.
